We want you to be happy with your purchase from Shop Rolez. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must generally be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging when applicable.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the applicable return period may not be eligible for return. Certain items may also be non returnable for hygiene, safety, or other reasons disclosed at the time of purchase.
